Its meaning implies long life, wealth, and happiness. Ancients believe that consuming longevity noodles that are long and continuous would result in a long life; therefore, it is called longevity noodles. Longevity noodles are made from wheat flour, salt, and water. They are manufactured by the ancient Chinese method, repeatedly stretching the flour until obtaining long noodles. The noodles are golden yellow, flexible, and unique in flavor.
